EarthBrowser 3.0 Released

After being in beta for less than a month, EarthBrowser 3.0 has been released.  Matt was kind enough to let me play with some of the beta versions, but I haven’t had a chance to dig deep enough into it to really give a fair review.

Check it out and let us know what you think of it.

Why on earth [sic!] should I want to go via this to reach panoramios “best of” collection, or details from Google Maps?

    Is this serious?

EarthBrowser is intended to be a better way to interact with data on the globe – KML, weather, etc. It’s obviously not close in terms of raw imagery.

Whether or not it handles data better is up to you.
